Bike Camp - July 15-19, 2024

We are excited to offer 11-14 year old students a fun and engaging week long day camp geared towards riding skills, basic bike maintenance, and outdoor recreation. Our main goal is to enable young people to safely explore by bike their surrounding natural outdoor spaces with confidence and critical thinking. Our staff will also impart relevant bicycle skills such as mechanical safety check, fixing a flat tire, how to use gears, riding with groups, navigating on bicycle paths, and maneuvering skills. We aim to cultivate a fun, social bonding environment through teamwork exercises, group activities, and daily bike rides on protected bike paths around the Bay. Don’t have a bike? We are able to provide participants with bicycles and helmets as needed. Youth must be able to comfortably ride a bicycle. Registration open until filled. If out of stock, all spots have been reserved.

Drop off 8:30 - 9:00am - pick up by 3:30pm

Meet at 84 Bolivar for morning exercises

Participants Bring:

• Backpack
• Lunch
• Water Bottle
• Sunscreen
• Extra clothing layers (Jacket or sweater for windy days)
• Loose fit clothing and comfortable athletic shoes - closed toes are required
