This as-is bicycle comes with no warranty.  It is safely rideable for now, but will likely need maintenance sooner than a warrantied bike.

This is a single-speed cruiser with a backpedal (coaster) brake.  The lights do not have batteries, so we don't know if they work. It does have a kickstand.
